Phuket Gazette
The Phuket Gazette does not use e-mail to solicit
business, nor does it sell (or give away) names, e-mail addresses
or other information out of its databases without the express permission
of the companies or individuals involved.
Our site's registration form requires users (“Gazetteers”) to give
us contact information. This is used internally to determine the identity
of parties placing classified ads in the Island Trader Online ™, participating
in auctions at the Phuket Auction House ™, entering (or modifying)
listings in the Gazette Guide ™, or placing events on our Phuket Events
Calendar ™. The information is also used in determining whether or
not a Gazetteer is a bona fide Phuket resident, eligible to carry
a Gazette Shopper Card ™ and to enter items for sale in the auction
house.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server,
to manage our website, and to gather broad demographic information.
We use cookies to save your password so you don't have to re-enter
it each time you visit us.
Unsubscribe / Opt Out
Gazetteers may ‘unsubscribe’ at any time, or simply opt out of e-mailings
previously requested (e.g., daily news, bulletins, etc).
